IN Butler in 1815-1915 Jackson Twp. Stark County OH p8. "A few years later came Mr. Jacob Braucher. He was the father of Adam Braucher, who has gone to his reward after many years of faithful labor is the Lord's vineyard. Jacob Braucher first settled near Canton, Ohio in the year 1810, and then a few years later settled on a tract of land which is now known as the Conrad farm and until a few years ago, and old delapidated log cabin still marked the old homestead."
