Death notice: Leona H. OVERMYER, 77, R.R. 1, Kewanna, died at Fairview nursing home in Plymouth at 7:05 p.m. Friday following an extended illness. She was born July 16, 1895 in Fulton county to Charles and Eunice FERNBAUGH PICKENS. She was married to Clyde OVERMYER March 25, 1915 in Kewanna; he died in 1971. She was a member of the Zion Gospel Chapel at Kewanna and the Ladies Aid of the church. Surviving are a son, Sanford, R.R. 1, Plymouth; two daughters, Mrs. Reatha HINDERLIDER, Marion, and Mrs. Imogene MILLER, Riverside, Cal.; a brother, Walter JOHNSON, Culver; a sister, Mrs. Ethel NICKELS, Dallas, Texas; nine grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren. A sister and two brothers preceded in death. Last rites will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Zion Gospel Chapel with the Rev. Steven BRADLEY officiating. Burial will be in the Leiters Ford cemetery.
